Jennifer Beardmore, known affectionately as Jenny, has walked a pagan path for as long as she can remember. Rooted in a lineage of strong matriarchs, her early spiritual teachings were shaped by the wisdom, traditions, and lived practices passed down through the women in her family. This foundation instilled in her a deep respect for nature, cycles, and the unseen energies that weave through everyday life.

Jenny later deepened her practice as an initiated Wiccan in 2004, embracing structured ritual and sacred study. Over time, her spiritual journey evolved into a more eclectic path, allowing her to follow intuition and personal connection alongside tradition. Today, her practice is strongly influenced by druidic principles and a profound reverence for the natural world, with a focus on seasonal rhythms, land connection, and harmony with nature.

As an empath, Jenny is deeply attuned to the energies around her and has long worked in a spiritual way to clear negative energies and restore balance. Through her connection to spirit, intuitive practices, and pagan traditions, she helps create spaces of calm, healing, and protection. Her work is guided by a belief in the power of intention, ancestral wisdom, and the spiritual support that can be found through connection with both the natural and unseen worlds.

Jenny is also deeply committed to supporting and uplifting her community. She has a genuine love for helping others and regularly takes part in charity work and community support initiatives. Whether offering her time, energy, guidance, or practical help, she believes strongly in giving back and creating positive change wherever she can. Her caring nature and desire to support those around her are at the heart of both her spiritual path and everyday life.

She finds great joy and belonging within the wider pagan community, where shared values of respect, learning, and celebration continue to inspire and enrich her path.

Dr James Beardmore has followed a pagan path for decades, beginning his journey at a time when information and community were not as easily found as they are today. His early experiences required independent study, patience, and a genuine commitment to understanding a spiritual path that was often difficult to access in the pre-internet era. As the world wide web became more readily accessible, a vast global community could suddenly be drawn-on and contributed-to, leading to James's involvement in early cyber-covens and the collective of what were then called Techno-pagans. These connections eventually lead to training and subsequent initiation into a Wiccan tradition in 2001.

Now rooted in a druidic, nature-based tradition, his practice is guided by the rhythms of the land, the turning of the seasons, and the quiet wisdom found within the natural world. His spirituality weaves together lived experience, study, and a deep reverence for the unseen threads that bind all life.

Holding a doctorate in science, Dr Beardmore brings a unique perspective to his practice, bridging analytical understanding with spiritual insight. He is widely learned across multiple disciplines, and his knowledge informs both his personal path and his contributions to others.

In recent years, he has become an increasingly active member of the pagan community, offering support, sharing knowledge, and helping to foster inclusive and respectful spaces. He is also committed to charitable work, regularly raising funds and supporting causes that align with his values of compassion and community care.

Dr James Beardmore continues to walk his path with integrity, curiosity, and a deep respect for both ancient traditions and the modern world.

My connection to nature, the land and pagansim can be traced back to the eighties and childhood holidays in the Lake District. My family were lucky enough to have a holiday home right in the middle of a pine forest. There I spent many months surounded by the amazing wildlife of the area. From red squirrels to bats and badgers to foxes, I was never far away from the natural world.

Into my teenage years I found myself drawn to new age culture, and at a time when my friends favoured pubs and clubs, I was much happier in my bedroom listening to the likes of Medwyn Goodall and Deep Forest whist meditating with incense burning.

Over several years, as work and family life took priority, I found I started to lose this deep connection I held. Then in 2019 whilst out for a walk my in my local park, I felt the trees were literaly talking to me. Like a bolt out of the blue it hit me, I was meant to be the Pagan my childhood had moulded me into.

I initially dabbled in Wicca for a few months, but felt I didn't really connect with that path. Then during a visit to the Kidsgrove Moot, I got chatting to a local Druid. Following a long and inspriring chat, everything felt right with this new found path and I have been a practicing Druid for seven years and counting.
